Emergency Preparedness Certificate Program

Thursday, October 24
9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

From weather-related issues to active shooters in the workplace, emergencies can affect parking facilities and operations just like any other business. It is critical therefore that parking managers should be able to respond to these emergencies diligently, professionally, and effectively to manage risk, safeguard employees and patrons, and protect their business assets.

This half-day certificate course will demonstrate the appropriate steps to take to prepare in advance for an emergency situation. The program will outline the building blocks of an emergency response plan to deal with these different types of incidents and it will demonstrate how to train staff in disaster and emergency procedures.
